Sargent Sodomy Robb
Robb enters park without permission. Robb gets busted by Sargent Sodomy. Robb tries to plead his case to Sargent Sodomy but the Sargent isn't having any of that. Robb pays his fine to Sargent Sodomy in sexual favors and is warned that it'll be more of the same if he ever shows his face in the park again. Will he come back? Yes, they always come back. However, they never get away with it when Sargent Sodomy is on duty.
